This is a little place for me to post things that get me excited about food and wine. I am not an expert: but like some families are raised with values of god, education, or money, I was raised to hold food on a pedestal, whether it is a sloppy, steaming cheeseburger from the local drive-in, or the requisite foie gras dish at the local hot spot. There'll be recipes, reviews, and whatever else I deem worthy. I'll keep politics out of it though.
